Whether I AM or NOT,
depends on the time, energy, and space there is
for building mass of mind and spirit

breaking the wall between you and I.

To quench the thirst of hungry ghosts within,
an existential penance must be made.

It’s a matter of living and dying;
it’s a matter of BE-ing.

Rising the sun is a matter of who we are.

Walking the path is knowing why and how.

Our body sets the sun;
inevitably left behind
….
until is rises again.
